The Role Reports to: VP Sales (APAC) Location: Fully Remote - Singapore Comp: Up to SGD $205k (Base) Variable (50% OTE) Growth Shares Global iProov Benefits We are looking for an experienced Business Development Director to lead new business generation across the APAC region focusing on : Government sector Private sector with emphasis on Banking Financial Services and Digital Credential Opportunities This is a quota-carrying individual contributor role ideal for someone entrepreneurial with a deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and digital identity in regulated markets. Youll be part of iProovs global Revenue team and a critical driver of regional growth and strategic partnerships. How you can make an impact Own and lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to close across Government and BFSI sectors in Singapore Malaysia & Indonesia Map the market research opportunities and build trusted relationships with stakeholders across public and private sectors Position iProov as a trusted partner to C-level security innovation and procurement leaders Collaborate with global colleagues (product pre-sales marketing legal) to drive regional success Identify and engage local channel and alliance partners to support sales execution Represent iProov at regional industry events roundtables and government forums Contribute to APAC go-to-market strategy pricing and positioning based on market feedback Ensure pipeline health and accurate forecasting via SalesForce CRM and bi-weekly revenue reviews What we would like to see from you Proven track record in enterprise sales within digital identity cybersecurity or compliance technology Demonstrated success selling into regional Governments and regulated industries like Banking / Finance / Travel Strong understanding of procurement processes government sales cycles and compliance environments Exceptional communicator with experience navigating complex stakeholder landscapes Ability to balance new business development with strategic
