About Marketing Planning, Strategy & Operations. The Marketing Strategy & Operations team connects business goals, marketing performance, and operational excellence. As the Marketing Strategy & Operations Manager at Klook, you’ll support the planning and strategy backbone of our global B2C marketing engine. The strategy will enable, orchestrate, and optimize execution across channels, campaigns, and the broader demand ecosystem. Your role is to solve complex problems, drive clarity, and ensure marketing teams across regions are set up for success. You’ll partner with Marketing, Finance, and Analytics to align strategy, optimize investments, and build scalable ways of working. What You’ll Do (Main Accountabilities)Build demand forecasts and investment models that guide budget allocation and performance strategy for annual and quarterly marketing planning cycles Guide budget allocation, resourcing, and operational efficiency across channels and markets Partner with cross-functional teams to gather data and provide insights Launch and manage end-to-end rollout of selected high-priority marketing projects Create integrated marketing strategies, ensuring synergy across paid, owned, and earned channels Elevate operational efficiency through toolkits, frameworks, and onboarding programs What You’ll Need (Capabilities)Strong background in marketing strategy, business operations, or consulting, with 3-4 years of experience Strong stakeholder communication and alignment at multiple levels Good understanding of marketing funnels, CAC, GMV, and ROI models Strong analytical toolkit: SQL, BigQuery, Excel, Tableau/Looker (or similar)Proactively identify gaps and demonstrate the ability to structure and solve complex, ambiguous problems Fluent in English; additional Asian language skills are a plus Industry experience in e-commerce, tech, or high-growth consumer brands preferred What you’ll get Play a key role in shaping the growth strategy of a leading global travel and experiences platform Drive strategic initiatives with direct commercial and operational impact Work in a culture that values smart thinking, innovation, and bold execution Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to create real change Klook is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
