Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Hospitality Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operations of the restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and service team members on the floor and bar.
  • Champion preparation work for assigned shifts, ensuring the restaurant is effectively equipped for service.
  • Maintain trust and support with team members at all levels to promote a positive work culture and promptly resolve potential conflicts.
  • Work closely with the venue's leadership team to develop and execute plans that improve guest experience and drive sales.
  • Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to service team members to uphold expected service quality standards.
  • Closely coordinate with culinary team members to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Champion health and safety standards within the restaurant, ensuring operations comply with relevant regulations.

Qualifications
