We are seeking a skilled hospitality professional to fill the role of Assistant Restaurant Manager.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong background in hospitality management, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating a positive dining experience for our guests while leading and motivating our service staff.

You will be responsible for assisting in the oversight of daily operations, preparing work for assigned shifts, maintaining trust and support with team members, and working closely with the leadership team to develop and execute plans that improve guest experience and drive sales.

Additionally, you will provide training, guidance, and mentorship to service team members, ensuring they uphold the expected service quality standards of the restaurant.

Your attention to detail and commitment to health and safety standards will be essential in ensuring that operations are in compliance with all relevant regulations.
