Front Office Lead

The Front Office Lead is a pivotal role within any hospitality establishment, responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience through efficient and professional service.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Primary Responsibilities
    • Perform check-in and check-out procedures for hotel guests in a timely manner, adhering to industry standards
    • Initiate and maintain effective communication with the Front Office team and other departments to ensure seamless experiences for all guests
    • Perform room controlling duties based on forecasted occupancy, VIP stays, group check-ins, and special requests
    • Ensure the Front Office team operates with a sales attitude and promotes resorts-wide sales opportunities
    • Maintain the confidentiality of all guests and business practices
  • Requirements
    • Minimum Diploma in Hotels/Hospitality Management or equivalent qualification
    • Minimum 2 years' experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in 5-star hotels
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, multi-tasking, time management, and problem-solving abilities
    • Knowledge in supervisory functions like staff rostering, room assignment, requisition orders, basic training, and coaching
    • Able to perform shift work, including weekends and public holidays
    • Ability to use basic Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
