Job Description
As a Lead Hospitality Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences in our luxurious hotels. This exciting opportunity allows you to work with a team of hospitality professionals who share your passion for delivering world-class service.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry. You will be expected to maintain high standards of quality and consistency, ensuring that guests receive the best possible service.
Main Responsibilities
- Foster a Positive Environment : Maintain the correct 'vibe' in our restaurants at all times, including sound, light, look, staff appearance and attitude.
- Effective Team Management : Ensure that the culinary team is communicating effectively and providing excellent service.
- Guest Satisfaction : Entertain guests in a consistent, professional and positive attitude.
- Sanitation and Cleanliness : Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness per Singapore Government and Marriott Standards.
- Inventory Management : Monitor the quality and quantity of all food and beverage items served.
- Reporting : Manage inventory and report routinely.
