Fresenius Medical Care Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Lead to oversee our Singapore operations. This pivotal role will provide in-country HR partnering support across all entities in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
In-country HR Partnering
Partner with local leadership, the Country Management Team, Department Heads, and Senior Nursing Leaders in FME Singapore, as well as regional and global stakeholders, to align HR initiatives with business priorities, fostering engagement, performance, and accountability.
HR Operations & Program Execution
Implement CoE-driven HR initiatives effectively and consistently, ensuring seamless integration into local HR operations.
Collaborate with Centers of Excellence such as Talent Acquisition to meet site needs swiftly.
Serve as the primary escalation point for complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair resolution in accordance with company policies and local labor laws.
Compliance, Governance & Risk Management
Ensure HR policies and programs comply with local labor laws while aligning with global HR frameworks.
Work with Legal and Compliance teams to mitigate HR-related risks and uphold ethical standards.
Promote HR governance across Singapore, adhering to best practices in employee relations, compensation, benefits, and workforce planning.
Employee Experience & Engagement
Foster a culture of engagement, inclusion, and high performance by addressing employee concerns and promoting a positive work environment.
Champion company culture by embedding core values into HR programs and initiatives to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Support local change management initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required; Advanced Degree preferred.
Experience & Skills
Proven ability to drive change and manage stakeholders effectively.
Strong influencing skills and results orientation.
Collaborative mindset, capable of listening, sharing ideas, and challenging respectfully.
Experience with HR software such as Workday and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Strong business acumen alongside HR expertise.
Commitment to confidentiality, integrity, and privacy.
