Human Resource Executive

Our client who is in a massive sports retail chain, are looking for a **Human Resource Executive** to join their team.
**Responsibilities**:
- HR Duties_
- Responsible and involve in full spectrum of Human Resource functions includes recruitment & selection, training and development, compensation and benefits, performance management, industrial relations and other HR related matters.
- Manage and ensure employee particulars are properly updated.
- To maintain effective filling system and upkeep of employee record.
- To conduct employee onboarding and orientation for new recruits.
- Responsible for end-to-end payroll processing and have a good understanding payroll practice in accordance to legislative requirements (Eg. CPF) for Singapore
- Admin Duties_
- Ensure that all new Joiners’ office desk, supplies and equipment are in order Follow-up actions when staff leaves the Company or when staff changes workstations
- Ensure the tidiness of the reception area and meeting rooms
- Responsible for developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operations of the office.
- Procure and manage office & pantry supplies, sundries, stationeries, office equipment, etc
- In-charge of office facilities management including operation related maintenance and contracts matters
- Maintain proper filing system and documentation
- Assist and support in ad-hoc HR & admin matters
Job Requirement
- Proficient with Microsoft Office such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Outstanding interpersonal and people management skills.
- One (1) to five (5) years working experience.
- Excellent command of English, both written and oral.
- Able to work in fast pace environment.
- Fast learner and able to work under minimum supervision.

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
