Job Summary
We're looking for an exceptional Restaurant Leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in delivering top-notch service. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading daily operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and fostering strong relationships within the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence: Run daily operations smoothly, supporting the team to meet business objectives.
  • Financial Acumen: Assist with inventory management, staff scheduling, and daily sales tracking.
  • Guest Experience: Focus on providing warm, professional, and memorable service that exceeds expectations.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with regular guests and within the team.
  • Opening and Closing Procedures: Ensure responsible set-up and pack-down of the restaurant during opening and closing shifts.
Requirements:
  • Culinary Skills: Proficiency in coffee or cocktail preparation, including calibration, shot-pulling, and latte art, or knowledge of wines and cocktails.
  • Effective Communication: Clear, direct, and empathetic communication skills.
  • Leadership Under Pressure: Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Food Safety and Hygiene: Knowledge of essential cleanliness and food safety practices.
  • Teamwork: Willingness to share knowledge and guide colleagues.
  • Reliability and Discipline: Consistent punctuality and focus.
  • Flexibility: Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
