As a
Finance & Admin Executive , you will manage day-to-day financial operations and administrative tasks related to our wholesale ice cream business. Your responsibilities will include overseeing financial record-keeping, managing accounts payable and receivable, handling vendor relationships, and ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly. You will play a key role in supporting the business's growth by maintaining accurate financial data and ensuring efficient back-office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance & Accounting:
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage accounts payable, including processing supplier invoices and ensuring timely payments.
Oversee accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of payments from clients.
Monitor overdue payments and follow up with clients to ensure the prompt collection of outstanding balances.
