What you will be working on
Work planning and resourcing: Formulate well-resourced, annual and long-term plans, with clear key performance indicators, in service of corporate vision and whole-of-government outcomes.
Management of corporate secretariat: Lead and manage the corporate secretariat to facilitate discussion and well-informed decision-making by SportSG’s senior management.
Business partnership and integration: Work with business units to align and enable activities and objectives of business units to support corporate strategy and vision.
Corporate relationship management: Identify and engage key partners to amplify the impact of SportSG.
What we are looking for
In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following:
Basic Degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, or related field.
Track record in strategic planning, business planning, or policy analysis.
At least 6-8 years of relevant working experience.
Good understanding of the Singapore sport ecosystem.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical skills and good business acumen.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with good interpersonal skills.
Resourceful and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Proficient in computer skills (standard software applications such as MS Office, email communications, and internet research).
Self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork, and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community.
A sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active.

The level of offer will commensurate with applicants’ experience and track records. All successful candidates will be offered a standard 2/3-year contract with options for emplacement or renewal.
