Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge and implementing necessary changes. Assist in recruitment, onboarding, exit, and retention strategies. Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Process payroll and ensure accuracy and timeliness. Contribute to training and development programs. Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws. Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and resolve workplace issues. Prepare reports to support decision-making. Coordinate employee engagement activities and foster a positive workplace culture. Support the administration of employee benefits such as insurance and retirement plans.
