Recruitment of CorporateStaff
- Supervise the daily recruitmentoperation for hiring of corporate staff
- Managerecruitment process for assigned Colleges/Schools/Department/Research Institute/ Department
- Ensure smoothprocess on contract management
- Identify areasfor improvements for recruitment processefficiency
- Responsible for data accuracy byteam members, which includes new hire entries, one-time payment,assigning costing allocations etc.
- Oversee theprocessing of confirmation or extension of probation for corporatestaff within theUniversity
OperationalExcellence
- Strive to meetSLA established for the team, ensuring that customer needs andexpectations are met (within resourceconstraints)
- Work with HR Lead (Research andManagement & Support) to contribute ideas and feedback instreamlining HR processes on areas of process improvements andstandardisation
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in BusinessAdministration, or a related discipline ie. HumanResources
- Preferably minimum 4 years ofrelevant experience in an HR environment with supervisoryskills
- Good knowledge of the Employment Act andLabour laws of Singapore
- Comfortable tohandle/review high volume oftransactions
- Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills
- Strong organizational,time management skills
- Proficient in MicrosoftOffice applications
- Working knowledge withWorkday is advantageous
