
360 Sales Consultant

At SPEMOCEAN , we are seeking a 360 Sales Consultant to take ownership of the full recruitment cycle - from business development to candidate placement. You will partner with clients to understand their needs, design impactful talent strategies, and deliver high-caliber candidates who enable business success.
In this role, you will combine sales expertise with consultative recruitment skills , playing a key part in strengthening client relationships and shaping the future of the energy workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, understanding hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
- End-to-End Recruitment : Manage the full 360 recruitment process, including business development, job analysis, sourcing, interviews, background checks, and offer management.
- Market & Talent Insights : Track sector trends and provide market intelligence to support client decisions.
- Business Development : Identify new opportunities, pitch solutions, and support proposal preparation to drive business growth.
- Education : Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Experience : 5-7 years' proven success in 360 recruitment or sales roles within a recruitment firm/agency; oil & gas exposure is an advantage.
- Skills : Strong business development, client relationship management, and recruitment project leadership capabilities.
- Languages : Proficiency in English and Chinese to collaborate effectively with regional stakeholders.
