**Responsibilities**
- Must have 1-3 years of commercial experience in Staffing & Recruitment or B2B sales
- Passionate in creating and growing your own desk, executing end to end 360-degree recruitment process
- Assist in evaluating various sourcing channels and tools
- Should have keen interest in researching and work on niche roles at all times
- Develop relevant and effective sourcing strategies and provide consultative services to meet recruitment needs
- Be the client facing personnel and take pride is engaging client with consultancy

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
- High-energy and passion
- Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
