About This Role:

This position involves working closely with shipowners and operators to ensure seamless arrival and departure processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with shipping companies to coordinate logistics, manage cargo documentation, and oversee port operations
  • Develop and implement plans to improve efficiency and reduce costs in port operations
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with maritime operations and port procedures, strong understanding of immigration and customs regulations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail
