**Role Summary**:
Supervises operations and optimize group's fleet and supply chain.

- Responsible of post fixture related matters for Dry fleet, from voyage instructions to Masters, operating instructions to agents, stowage planning, handling of claims or charter party disputes, collection of all freights and charter hire, monitoring performance vessels, finalization of all accounts with Owners and Charterers.
- Responsible for optimal operations of all vessels of the Group
- Responsible for efficiency planning, optimizing operational performance and port development
- Ensure cost effectiveness and efficiency of supply value chain “loading, shipping, unloading port”
- Build good working rapport and network with all destination port authority etc.
- Work with internal and external team members to improve processes, identify solutions and maintain a high level of efficient customer service
- Support culture of excellence through teamwork and leadership through motivation and inspiration

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

- Fluent in English
- Master Mariner/ Ship masters/Maritime degree or its equivalent with proven performance track record in a highly diverse cross functional background
- At least 15 years’ related experience in the shipping industry inclusive of both on board various ships and in an onshore assignment.
- Possess good working knowledge in shipping operations. Break bulk experience is a plus.
- Possess problem solving skills
- Possess good business and numerical acumen with leadership & communication skills.
- Possess strong strategic abilities and a wide network of contacts.
- Results-oriented and performance driven
