Job Title: Director of Operations and Strategy
As a key member of the leadership team, we are seeking an experienced Director of Operations and Strategy to drive business success through strategic planning, operational execution, and exceptional leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans, procedures, and metrics to align with the company's vision and objectives.
- Provide leadership and oversight for core business functions, including finance, HR, legal, IT, administration, and corporate governance.
- Collaborate with the CEO to shape and execute corporate strategy, ensuring effective translation of strategic priorities into operational initiatives.
- Establish and maintain relationships with the Board of Directors, internal stakeholders, and external partners to uphold robust policies, processes, and governance standards.
- Evaluate key departmental metrics and performance indicators to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 3 years spent in senior management positions.
- Proven expertise in banking software or fintech industry, with a strong track record of driving business success.
- Exceptional financial and operational insight, including hands-on experience managing P&L responsibility.
- Familiarity with enterprise systems like ERP, CRM, HRIS, and BI tools is a plus.
Working Conditions:
- Travel approximately once a month to support regional operations.
