Facilities Support Specialist Role
The primary objective of this position is to ensure the safety and compliance of building premises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance Monitoring: Conduct regular inspections to identify and report safety hazards, defects, and non-compliance issues.
- Maintenance Operations: Perform routine maintenance tasks on building systems to prevent breakdowns and optimize performance.
- Contractor Supervision: Monitor and oversee repair works performed by contractors to ensure quality standards are met.
- Cleaning Operations Management: Oversee cleaning staff performance and ensure adherence to assigned cleaning schedules and service standards.
- Utility Management: Record and maintain accurate monthly meter readings for water and electricity consumption across all buildings.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support and complete facilities-related assignments as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification in a relevant field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Facilities Management or a related industry.
Technical Knowledge:
- Fundamental understanding of housekeeping services, waste management, and pest control operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for report preparation and documentation.
