
Facilities Support Specialist

Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and possess a strong problem-solving attitude.
This role is responsible for receiving fault reports through various channels, redirecting them to the relevant maintenance contractor, and accurately logging-in/updating fault reports into our Maintenance Mate System.
The successful candidate will also ensure timely completion of repairs or servicing of any outstanding faults and service requests within established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Additionally, they will receive, process, and follow up on events and logistics requests as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process fault reports via hotline and email
- Redirect fault reports to relevant maintenance contractors
- Accurately log-in/update fault reports in MMS
- Ensure timely completion of repairs or servicing of faults and service requests
- Process and follow up on events and logistics requests
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of Nitec in Technology for Facility Management or equivalent qualification
- At least 2 years' relevant working experience
