Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations and Facilities Support Specialist to support our day-to-day office operations in Singapore. The successful candidate will provide administrative assistance, manage facilities, and coordinate events.

About the Role:

About You:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or related field.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) with excellent typing skills.
  • Familiarity with IT troubleshooting, inventory management, and data entry would be an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Support: Provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth daily operations, including but not limited to, reception duties, phone answering, and document preparation.
  • Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance of our facilities, including ordering supplies, scheduling repairs, and coordinating with vendors.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing company events, conferences, and meetings, ensuring timely execution and minimal disruptions.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, adhering to established protocols and regulations.
