Job Title: Expert Facilities Support Specialist

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced facilities support specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert facilities support, developing and implementing effective maintenance programs, and carrying out repairs and troubleshooting of complex systems.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advanced facilities support services for Clean Room, Chillers and HVAC Systems, Environmental Protection Systems, Process Utilities Supply Systems, Building Services and Maintenance, and other mechanical and facilities systems.
  • Formulate, implement, review and improve preventive and predictive maintenance strategies for systems under management.
  • Perform repair and troubleshooting tasks to restore systems to optimal operating conditions.
  • Monitor and analyze utility consumptions and collaborate with stakeholders to implement projects that reduce consumption.
  • Evaluate and recommend suitable spares, consumables and resources necessary for daily system operation.

 

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Science, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in the semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or petrochemical industry.
  • Proven expertise in managing cleanroom (Class 100 environment) systems.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance principles and good engineering practices.
