Key Facilities Management Position

Job Summary:

  • The Facilities Manager plays a crucial role in leading the facilities operation team, comprising multi-disciplinary technical experts. Their key responsibility is to ensure timely submission of maintenance works and service plans for all systems and equipment by specialists and contractors.
  • The manager assists the FOM in overseeing maintenance tasks coordinated by the maintenance team and contractors, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
  • He/she provides comprehensive cost estimations for repairs, replacements, alterations, and additional works within stipulated timeframes.
  • Submission of all deliverables required under MWS, AHWS, Estate Administrative Services, and Tenant Fit-Out falls under their responsibilities.
  • The competent person assists the FOM in vetting and approving monthly reports and other submissions related to Maintenance Works and Services (MWS), Ad-Hoc Works and Services (AHWS), Estate Administrative Services, Facilities Management & Services, Professional Engineers, and Specialist Services before submission to the Authority.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the facilities operation team, comprising multi-disciplinary technical experts.
  • Ensure timely submission of maintenance works and service plans for all systems and equipment.
  • Assist the FOM in overseeing maintenance tasks coordinated by the maintenance team and contractors.
  • Provide comprehensive cost estimations for repairs, replacements, alterations, and additional works.
  • Submit all deliverables required under MWS, AHWS, Estate Administrative Services, and Tenant Fit-Out.
