Job Profile

Deliver exceptional support as a skilled Facilities Manager, responsible for overseeing the efficient performance of facility executives and vendors. This role involves planning and coordinating maintenance operations to ensure compliance with project timelines and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate maintenance scheduling and operations, guaranteeing high-quality results and adherence to proper project documentation and records.
  • Develop and implement strategies for periodic reviews of maintenance activities to guarantee alignment with project objectives and client expectations.
  • Lead the efficient management of facility executives/vendors in charge of soft services and other supporting services.
  • Ensure timely submission of reports to clients when necessary.
  • Administer routine works on-site, while coordinating ad-hoc tasks as required.
  • Maintain effective liaison with clients and end-users, providing 24/7 emergency support through deployment of necessary resources and remedy plans.
  • Provide expert support and liaison between clients and tenants/users for any projects involved; manage budgets and costs for said projects efficiently.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Relevant degree or diploma in architecture, engineering, facilities management, or equivalent.
  • Preferably with interest in building and facilities management services.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage users, FMs, and clients effectively.
  • Pro-active and team player, able to coordinate across functions.
  • Good proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel, along with strong writing skills.
