Job Overview

Our ideal candidate is a highly skilled facilities operations professional seeking to advance their career in a challenging and dynamic environment. As an Expert Facilities Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring seamless delivery of services while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage vendor contracts, KPIs, invoicing, and ensure compliance with procurement and audit policies.
  • Conduct system audits, inspections, and reviews to guarantee service standards are met.
  • Coordinate repair works, minor additions & alterations (A&A), and improvement projects.
  • Supervise maintenance teams and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Develop and update SOPs, work instructions, and maintenance programs.
  • Lead investigations into system failures and recommend improvement plans.
  • Maintain documentation for audits, regulatory submissions, and internal records.
  • Support risk management, system lifecycle planning, and training initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Min. Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in civil/building systems and facilities operations.
  • Strong understanding of contract and vendor management.
  • Good communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
