Facility Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Facility Operations Specialist to oversee and manage the day-to-day maintenance, operations, and energy management initiatives for our plant facility and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the efficiency and functionality of the facility to support operations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of facility supervisors and technicians.
- Create and execute maintenance schedules and protocols for plant facilities and equipment.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors for facility repairs and maintenance projects.
- Perform routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance requirements.
- Implement the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program for plant facilities and equipment.
- Monitor and adhere to safety and regulatory standards.
- Identify and address facility-related issues or concerns promptly.
Required Qualifications:
- Degrees in engineering disciplines preferred.
- Experience in facilities management, engineering, or related field.
- Possessing the Singapore Certified Energy Manager Certification is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of building systems and facility equipment maintenance.
- Understanding of safety and regulatory standards.
