Job Description
Manage Shares Management
Administer the company’s share plans including grant and vesting processes for share plans.
Maintain accurate records of share plan activities and transactions in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to equity compensation.
Work with external vendors and internal teams, including HR, Finance, and Legal, to administer share plans.
Prepare shares plan reports and handle queries on share plans benefit.
Manage Business Process Improvement
Study existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements especially through digital transformation and process automation.
Prepare timelines / training materials to support process adoption.
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
