Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Provide support in ideation, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns, encompassing both performance and social media initiatives.
Assist in consolidating, updating, and analyzing marketing data to track campaign performance and optimize strategies.
Assist with the development of marketing materials (including social media content), focusing on creative creation and copywriting.
Support in social media campaigns by conducting audience research, developing content calendars, and monitoring performance.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing channels and social media platforms.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or any related discipline such as Performance Marketing.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Enthusiastic about social media and with a passion for staying current with the latest trends and best practices.
Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative suite is an added advantage.
A creative team player with strong written and verbal communications skills.
Basic understanding of statistics and analytics is beneficial.
Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
