Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing Rep office Revenue Forecast & progress, revealing risks to respective owners and drives for solutions to ensure target achieved. Responsible for Pipeline and major project management, routinely monitoring the quality of the Pipeline and provide improvement measures. Monitor closely with delivery team on the project execution plan and progress. Support the achievement of revenue targets for Rep Office and ensure all processes are compliance.

Job Description:

  • Formulate revenue planning rules and organize the output of the revenue forecast plan, and ensure the connection and feasibility of the master plan and supporting plans.
  • Be responsible for the timeliness and completeness of the planned and actual data of the revenue progress.
  • Ensure timely and accurate billing from customers.
  • Routinely monitor the revenue progress, identify progress issues, develop solutions, and monitor and close the issues.
  • Work closely with sales, finance, and customer service teams to address revenue-related issues and improve processes.
  • To collaborate and communicate directly with Chinese speaking officers, stakeholders, counterparts, and customers in China HQ team

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Min. of 2 years of experiences as Revenue Specialist in Telco industry or ICT industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles is a must.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and data analytical skill
  • Must be a responsible person, pro-active and customer-oriented.
  • Must be hands on person and with good leadership skill.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to ensure effective communication with the Chinese-speaking stakeholders, including head office, business counterparts, and customers based in China.
  • Excellent team player with good initiative and ability to perform under pressure and work in fast paced environment.
