Revenue Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the alignment of revenue-generating activities with business goals and building a cohesive revenue framework. You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process optimizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cross-functional Alignment: Work with stakeholders to ensure revenue processes are aligned with business objectives.
  • Process Optimization: Develop and refine end-to-end revenue processes, including lead generation, pipeline management, sales forecasting, and customer retention.
  • Technology Management: Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of RevOps tools (CRM, Marketing Automation, CS platforms).
  • Revenue Analytics: Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs across the revenue lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end revenue processes.
  • Experience managing CRM platforms (ideally HubSpot) and related revenue tools.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proven project management skills with a detail-oriented and organized approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS across multiple regions.
  • RevOps role within a scale-up technology B2B SaaS serving financial services.
  • Experience in sales planning and forecasting models.
