Job Title: Revenue Management Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Revenue Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing revenue and distribution to ensure maximum occupancy and rate parity.

  • Analyze production from various distribution channels (OTAs, brand website, GDS, direct bookings) and provide insights on channel performance.
  • Liaise with Digital Marketing and Sales teams to ensure promotional offers are correctly reflected across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily occupancy trends and prepare regular reports for forecasting, budgeting, and performance reviews.
  • Support data entry and correction of reservations in case of integration or system issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of rate codes, room types, and promotional campaigns in all systems.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Tourism, or related field.
  • Genuine interest in hotel revenue management, analytics, and distribution technology.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of IDEAS/PMS/CRS/OTA/Channel Manager systems is an advantage.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across teams.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
