Leadership Role Summary
This is a senior leadership position overseeing a team of relationship development professionals. The ideal candidate will have extensive sales and acquisition experience in the banking and financial services industry, preferably in the affluent segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to achieve strategic objectives by implementing and driving key initiatives.
- Mentor and inspire team members to excel through regular feedback.
- Organize high-profile events to showcase value proposition and provide acquisition opportunities.
- Establish progressive goals with business stakeholders.
- Ensure effective lead follow-up and fulfillment.
- Ensure compliance with onboarding guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of sales and acquisition experience in banking and finance, preferably in the affluent segment.
- Proven supervisory and management expertise.
- Recognized university degree.
- In-depth knowledge of affluent segment banking products and services.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Effective negotiation skills with stakeholders; ability to influence environment for growth.
- Ability to work independently with a creative mindset.
- High proficiency in Microsoft tools.
