Overview

Our client is seeking experienced Relationship Managers / Private Bankers / External Asset Managers (EAMs) to join their growing wealth management firm in Singapore. The role requires candidates to bring established client relationships and a proven ability to raise and manage significant assets under management. This opportunity is best suited for entrepreneurial bankers or financial advisors who can independently originate business, without reliance on client handovers. The firm differentiates itself by offering both private banking and insurance brokerage services in-house, enabling relationship managers to provide comprehensive wealth solutions while retaining full commissions. Ideal candidates will have a history of building long-term client relationships, advising HNW and UHNW individuals, and delivering measurable results in wealth growth. Candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to quickly build a strong portfolio and sustain high standards of performance. The compensation structure is highly competitive, combining salary and commission.

Responsibilities

  • Bring established client relationships and proactively raise and manage assets under management
  • Originate new business independently without relying on client handovers
  • Provide comprehensive wealth solutions by leveraging in-house private banking and insurance brokerage services
  • Maintain long-term client relationships and deliver measurable wealth growth for HNW and UHNW individuals

Qualifications

  • Entrepreneurial bankers or financial advisors able to independently originate business
  • Track record of building a strong client portfolio and sustaining high performance
  • Experience advising high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients
  • Willingness to operate in a role with both private banking and insurance brokerage capabilities

Compensation

The compensation structure is highly competitive, combining salary and commission.
