Business Growth Manager
Lead regional growth initiatives for a specialty chemical product line across Southeast Asia.
- We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Manager to drive business development and revenue growth across Southeast Asia for a key specialty chemical product line.
- The successful candidate will develop and implement sales strategies in line with global objectives, cultivating and maintaining long-term partnerships with key customers and stakeholders in the region.
- They will analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to optimize sales performance and pricing approaches, collaborating with global teams to ensure smooth coordination of supply chain, pricing, logistics, and after-sales support.
- Deliver regular updates on sales performance, forecasts, and market intelligence to senior management, representing the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in B2B sales or business development within the chemicals or materials industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the Southeast Asia region and beyond.
