Key Job Responsibilities

The primary objective of this role is to align with the organization's strategic goals by achieving tangible results.

  • Manage a designated territory, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of potential customers and competitors within that area.
  • Forge strong customer/branch relationships and collaborate closely with regional resources.
  • Support seamless account transitions through effective introductions, information transfer, and secure paperwork assistance, as needed. Additionally, assist with accounts receivable collection when necessary.
  • Participate in local trade groups as directed by the District Sales Manager.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
  • Regular off-site meetings with customers are a must.
  • Proficiency in oral and written English is required.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Self-motivation, coupled with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, is crucial.
  • Comfort with regular data entry on a laptop computer is necessary.
  • Excellent rapport-building skills are vital.
  • Extroverted, confident, enthusiastic, and persuasive individuals are ideal candidates.
  • Timeliness and accountability for results are paramount.
