Job Title:
Territory Sales Executive
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the current distribution network of distributors in the specified location while also focusing on expanding the distribution network in the area.
Our primary goal is to drive sales volume across the entire region, especially since this is a new market that will require market development to achieve year-on-year growth for the next 3-5 years.
Major sales of high-profit categories like VP and oils such as SFO will originate from this area.
Therefore, maintaining a strong consumer focus and ensuring high-quality market service and activation will be crucial.
Key performance indicators for your role will include achieving annual volume and MAV targets on a monthly/quarterly basis, ensuring 100% geo-tagging of created outlets, installing DMS at all distributors with an average monthly sales above 5 meters, and preventing the expiry of forecasted stocks in assigned depots.
You will have the opportunity to drive automation at the field force level, train DSMs and integrate them into SFA for effective execution, automate business partners, install DMS, and ensure 100% fulfillment.
Additionally, you will focus on increasing buying outlets, analyzing buying patterns, developing strategies for low-selling products/SKUs/beats/towns, and building personal relationships with self-service stores to drive secondary sales and accurate sales forecasting.
In terms of management and leadership, you will support the sales team by sharing your experience and knowledge to empower them and achieve desired results.
Ideal candidates for this role should be graduates, preferably in Science or Commerce, with a business management degree being preferred.
They should have extensive sales experience in FMCG or the edible oil business with reputable companies.
Proficiency in the local language, Hindi, and English (both written and spoken) is essential, along with computer knowledge.
