Job Description

The Operational Director oversees the daily operations of the fish/seafood processing plant. This role involves receiving, storing, processing, and shipping seafood products.

Responsibilities include managing inventory levels, tracking stock movements, and maintaining accurate inventory records. Additionally, the Operational Director is responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and management of seafood products in cold rooms and freezer rooms.

This position also entails planning and coordinating production schedules, ensuring high-quality products adhere to food safety regulations and company standards. Furthermore, the Operational Director leads, trains, and develops a team of production workers, supervisors, and support staff.
