Job Title: Plant Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Plant Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our plant operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and report on plant performance metrics, including process efficiency and energy consumption.
  • Analyze plant operation data and direct the operations team to implement necessary measures to meet key performance targets.
  • Develop and maintain process optimization strategies to improve plant performance, including power and chemical consumption.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly progress reports and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Support the Operations Manager in manpower planning and administration to meet operational needs.
  • Secondary point of contact for off-taker and owner inquiries regarding plant operations.

Requirements:* Hold a Polytechnic Diploma in Chemical Process Technology or Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or related engineering fields.* Minimum 3 to 5 years of operation experience, preferably in Water treatment plant.* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.* Ability to work independently and effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.* Good leadership and communication skills.* Willingness to support outside regular working hours to meet plant operational needs.* Qualification as a Singapore Certified Energy Manager or experience in energy management is an added advantage.
