This is a challenging opportunity to work in a Waste-to-Energy (WTE) Plant, supporting the smooth operation of plant equipment and contributing to the optimization of processes.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine checks and testing of plant equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Monitor plant parameters and make adjustments/troubleshoot via DCS or site operations to maintain optimal performance.
- Manage boiler water condition and level, controlling water consumption and optimizing refuse incineration throughput.
- Record and document changes in work procedures according to plant ISO standards and quality management procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Permit-to-Work (PTW) System and Risk Assessment System, administering PTW system and LOTO effectively.
Requirements:
- Higher NITEC in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of plant equipment and DCS functions.
- Class 2 Boiler Attendant Certificate preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong safety mindset, good interpersonal skills, and ability to work well in a team.
- Commitment to 12-hour shift work and willingness to provide support on off/rest days when required.
