Job Title: Plant Operations Specialist

Maintenance Engineers play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of industrial facilities and plants. As a key member of the operations team, you will oversee plant modifications and civil works, ensuring they are executed safely and efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with plant operators and maintenance teams to ensure safe execution of plant modification works.
  • Provide technical support for troubleshooting and resolving plant issues.
  • Conduct studies and prepare estimates for plant modifications and projects.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to select contractors for major engineering projects.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for staff and contractors.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Materials Science.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in fixed equipment and piping work, preferably within the petrochemical, oil, or gas industries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
