What’s the job?Guest Services Agents (GSAs) are the key point of contact for our guests. They are reliable, highly motivated, and multi-skilled employees who efficiently handle reservations, answer calls/inquiries, and provide reception and food & beverage services throughout the hotel. GSAs work in close coordination with all hotel staff and outsourced teams, ensuring guest needs are met throughout their stay. Your day-to-day: Financial Returns Assist the Guest Services Leader (GSL) in the hotel's revenue growth by leveraging company systems, procedures, and business processes. Handle guest check-out and billing efficiently, friendly, and hassle-free. People Promote the Holiday Inn Express ‘one team approach’ through daily communication and coordination. Participate in programs that improve team engagement and align with the ‘Make Every Interaction Count’ brand behaviors. Guest Experience Handle guest check-in and check-out processes. Respond to guest inquiries clearly and in adherence to brand standards. Manage guest complaints appropriately or direct to GSLs. Handle cashiering, payments, and foreign currency exchange accurately. Attend to special needs and requests of guests and repeat visitors. Maintain compliance with all brand standards, behaviors, hallmarks, and license agreements. Retrieve and print reports from Opera PMS for daily room allocation. Update reservations accurately. Respond to telephone inquiries efficiently. Perform duties independently in line with business needs. Manage Priority Club Rewards (PCR) Enrollment & Recognition. Process guest food and beverage orders and clear tables in The Great Room. Refresh food and beverage in The Great Room. Set up meeting rooms, prepare tea and coffee, and clean meeting spaces. Keep guest areas clean and organized, picking up debris throughout public areas. Update local knowledge regularly to enhance guest experience. Responsible Business Plan and assign work to ensure team productivity, establishing performance and development goals. Contribute to compliance with laws and safety regulations. What We Need From You GSAs should create a friendly and efficient guest experience, supporting the ‘one team’ approach to uphold the Holiday Inn Express brand standards. Minimum high school/secondary education; fresh graduates interested in hospitality are welcome. Excellent communication skills and basic computer literacy. A positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Proficiency in written and spoken English and good communication skills.
