Human Resources Specialist , you will report directly to the HR Manager – Asia Pacific. You can expect a great working environment in a central Singapore location, along with a competitive package and attractive fringe benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job vacancies, reviewing applications, coordinating interviews, and conducting candidate reference checks.
Support employee relations initiatives and respond to employee inquiries.
Assist in the preparation of HR documents such as offer letters, employment contracts, policies, HR letters, and employee handbooks.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Facilitate employee onboarding, including organizing induction programs and HR orientations.
Assist with offboarding processes and exit formalities.
Handle administrative HR tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and filing.
Support the planning and execution of HR events, such as training sessions, team-building activities, and other company events.
Manage and update the company’s LinkedIn and career pages.
Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives.
Perform additional duties as required to support the HR team and organizational objectives.
Key Qualifications
Minimum diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in HR operations
Prior experience in multinational companies (MNCs) is preferred
Strong working knowledge of local employment laws and regulation is required
For ease of communication with both internal and external stakeholders, fluency in English is essential
Able to work effectively in a diverse and multinational environment
Highly motivated, work independently, positive thinking, proactive and open-minded
