Human Resources Specialist

The Human Resources Specialist in Talent Services is responsible for managing and executing pre-boarding activities to ensure a smooth and engaging experience for new hires. This role involves coordinating with internal stakeholders, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Responsibilities- Prepare and issue employment contracts.
- Manage end-to-end pre-boarding processes for new hires, including document collection, verification, background check activation and work pass applications.
- Manage vendor for work pass applications and onboarding travel coordination.
- Ensure all required documents are collected and stored securely.
- Act as liaison between new hires, recruiters and internal departments to ensure alignment and timely execution.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance pre-boarding experience.
- Generate reports and metrics to monitor process efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Fresh Diploma graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
