  • About the Role:

    • We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Hospitality Service Professional to join our team. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while ensuring seamless operations in our kitchen and front-of-house areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service:

    • Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
    • Take orders accurately and efficiently, using POS systems to process transactions.
    • Recommend menu items and promote special offers to enhance the dining experience.
    • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.

  • Cash Handling:

    • Operate POS systems to manage cash and credit transactions.
    • Count and reconcile cash floats at the beginning and end of each shift.
    • Balance cash registers and report any discrepancies to management.

  • Kitchen Support:

    • Assist with food preparation, including beverage services and expediting orders.
    • Ensure that all dishes and utensils are cleaned and sanitized after use.
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.

  • Teamwork:

    • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve excellent customer service and meet operational targets.
    • Support other team members during peak periods or when needed.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
