Regional Sales Support Manager
We’re hiring an experienced Regional Sales Support Manager to join a cutting-edge company in a growing market.
Job Purpose
Lead and support the regional sales operations team to ensure smooth processes and customer success.
Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage regional Sales Support team, ensuring efficient processes and workflows.
Provide timely support to sales teams, partners, and customers to resolve requests.
Review opportunities, ensure compliance, and flag approvals for smooth deal execution.
Generate accurate quotes, prepare order packages, and oversee order fulfillment processes.
Drive collaboration, reporting, and onboarding to improve team performance and efficiency.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or related field preferred.
At least 5 years’ experience in sales operations or business administration.
Excellent customer service mindset with focus on accuracy and reliability.
Proven ability to lead teams, manage processes, and support complex operations.
The successful Regional Sales Support Manager must possess strong leadership, process management, and customer service skills.
