This is an exciting opportunity to work in a growing organisation that has the strategic objective of expanding its lending services in the Channel Islands.
Your responsibilities will include:
Acting as a senior front office lending specialist for Butterfield Bank, CI, and as both an internal and external credit advisor.
Reviewing mortgage applications, suggesting changes and debating structural situations.
Assisting all Lending Offers in the approvals and conclusion of facilities they underwrite.
Underwriting more complex credit facilities.
Working with Credit Risk and Credit Ops to ensure credit facilities are within our defined risk strategy, ensuring that risk culture is built into all new product design, case submissions and portfolio reviews.
Making recommendations for continuous improvement to processes.
Contributing and presenting into CI & UK Credit Committee.
Your qualifications and skills include:
Good Credit skills.
Speed, accuracy and reliability.
CeMAP qualified or willing to undertake qualification.
