Employment Type: Permanent Key Responsibilities · Lead end-to-end SAP transformation programs (S/4HANA migrations, greenfield/brownfield implementations). · Define and manage project governance, budgets, and timelines . · Engage with C-level stakeholders and business owners to align SAP initiatives with enterprise goals. · Manage vendors and system integrators , ensuring quality and compliance. · Oversee solution design across FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and other modules. · Ensure adherence to SAP best practices (ASAP / Activate) and champion change management . · Mentor and guide project managers and functional leads . Qualifications & Experience · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Business Administration. · 15+ years IT experience , with 10+ years leading SAP programs. · Proven expertise in end-to-end SAP implementation and upgrades . · Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and enterprise integration landscapes. · Experience managing multi-vendor, multi-region projects . · Strong financial management skills (budgets USD 5M–20M+). · PMP / Prince2 / SAP Activate certification preferred.
