Roles and Responsibilities Degree/Degree in IT / Computer Science / related discipline. Strong experience in SAP AMS delivery, with hands‐on expertise in at least one SAP module from ABAP, MM, SD, Finance, BW or BPC Consolidation. Hands‐on experience in resolving incidents, service requests, and problem tickets. Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes. Service Management with ITIL knowledge. Proven track record in client‐facing roles and service delivery management. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, ServiceNow reports). Preferred skills For ABAP: debugging, enhancements, reports, interfaces, and performance tuning. For functional modules (MM, SD, Finance): configuration, data analysis, and integration knowledge. Strong understanding of business processes related to the chosen module. For BW/BPC: data modeling, reporting, and consolidation functionalities. Additional Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem‐solving skills.
