SAP FICO AMS Delivery Manager (PR/Citizens only)Company: VUPICO CONSULTING INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED Industry: Food & beverage manufacturing Overview Lead SAP FICO AMS delivery, manage consultants and cross‐functional teams, ensure high performance and collaboration. Responsibilities Act as primary point of contact for SAP FICO‐related issues, escalations, and critical incidents. Oversee integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, HR) and external systems. Bridge communication between business users, IT, and external partners. Fully manage and control external resources, ensuring delivery is within SLA and aligned with business expectations. Lead demand management and prioritisation decisions, monitor effective utilisation of Application Development hours across APAC business units. Participate in governance decisions and identify action items. Ensure continuous improvement of processes and service delivery. IT leadership experience in a global environment and managing large outsourcing partnerships. Proven project management skills, planning, execution, and risk management. Vendor management experience, SLAs, and vendor performance evaluation. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities. Operate in a multicultural environment and manage multiple priorities. ITIL certification or strong knowledge of ITIL processes (plus). Qualifications Extensive experience in SAP FICO AMS Delivery Management. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Project & vendor management experience with SLA oversight. Experience and Compensation Expected monthly salary: SGD- (placeholder). Start date: (placeholder). Location: (placeholder).
