Job Title: Property Asset Manager
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Property Asset Manager. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our properties.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain common property assets including buildings, grounds, and equipment.
  • Supervise contractors to ensure that work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timelines.
  • Conduct regular inspections of building services and M&E equipment to identify defects and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Handle and respond to feedback from residents and occupiers in a professional and timely manner.
  • Develop and implement inspection checklists and reports to monitor and improve property performance.
  • Represent the organization at council meetings and engage with local stakeholders.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, contractors, and residents. A strong understanding of property management principles and practices, along with relevant qualifications and experience, are essential for this role.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
  • A degree in a relevant field such as property management, real estate, or a related discipline.
  • Relevant work experience in property management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
